If you use the enquiry form, Red Lab Systems collects the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, organisation, work email, telephone number, service interest and enquiry details.

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Red Lab Systems can assist and, where appropriate, progress a business discussion or consultancy engagement. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Lawful basis

Enquiry information is processed where necessary to respond to your request and take steps at your request prior to entering into a potential business relationship. Where consent is specifically required, it will be requested.

Storage and sharing

Form submissions are sent to the Red Lab Systems business email environment. Red Lab Systems does not sell enquiry data. Information may be processed by hosting, email or technology providers used to operate the business, subject to their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Cookies and analytics

This build does not set advertising cookies or embed third-party analytics or a LinkedIn feed. Standard server logs may be created by the website host for security and operational purposes.

Retention

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, contractual requirements or applicable legal obligations.
